PIMCO needed a cohesive motion design system to unify its global brand presence. I led the creation of comprehensive motion graphics guidelines, ensuring consistency across all video, animation, and digital assets. By establishing a scalable motion identity, we modernized PIMCO’s brand, enabling seamless implementation across marketing and investor communications. This initiative provided clear direction for internal teams and external partners, reinforcing brand cohesion through animation, transitions, and motion behaviors.

Financial concepts can be complex, so BlackRock sought a clear and engaging way to educate investors on its offerings. I led the development of motion graphic videos that transformed intricate financial topics into digestible, visually compelling narratives. Using a mix of dynamic animations, data visualization, and strategic storytelling, these videos effectively communicated investment strategies, market insights, and product benefits, improving comprehension and engagement among diverse audiences.
We also developed content that celebrated the senses, giving viewers the imagined experience of smelling coffee beans in the morning through dramatic slow motion video of beans.
This strategy involved creating diverse content, including still graphics, GIFs, motion graphics, videos, Instagram stories, and contests, all emphasizing personal moments over products. Within the first three months, this approach led to a 5% increase in followers and a 172% boost in engagement compared to the same period the previous year, highlighting the effectiveness of authentic, community-focused social media engagement.
